Christian Marchegiani
Christian has been teaching boxing for fitness for over ten years and has been involved with many high profile athletes such as the Sydney Swans, West Tigers, Penrith Panthers, and NSW Cricket team.
His passion lies in presenting to other instructors the art of boxing for fitness and the many benefits associated with this type of training. Christian has always maintained that boxing training is for ‘all walks of life’.
He currently owns and runs a boxing gym in Sydney’s inner west and works closely with many schools and fitness centres in developing their boxing for fitness programs. |

Daniel Sendelbeck
Daniel has established himself as one of the leading presenters in Boxing for Fitness. With the presence of his friendly disposition and impeccable technique, he captures attention and maintains the focus of his students.
Daniel's background is as diverse as his personality. Working abroad he had the opportunity to match his skills against those in Europe. Here in Australia, he has been involved in various boxing, kickboxing and personal training programs. In group fitness, his ever popular attitude and tactful application to achieving maximum effort keeps his participants interested.
He has been with THUMP since the company's beginning and assures he has a lot of knowledge to pass on.

Sean Tindale
Former Newcastle Knights Rugby League player Sean Tindale has achieved much success on and off the field. Sean not only has established a successful personal training studio (Knockout PT Cronulla) but has also stamped his mark as a key Strength & Conditioning Coach in the fitness industry.
His skills and dedication has seen him called upon by many professional athletes and sports teams to help develop their core stability programs. Sean has been a key member of Team THUMP in presenting to instructors how core stability is crucial when it comes to boxing training. |

Ash Menzagopian
The youngest member of Team THUMP Ash has made a successful career of helping kids develop their fitness abilities.
Ash also works closely with the administration of THUMP to make sure instructors receive the best customer service possible. His enthusiasm and passion shines through when presenting to trainers the endless possibilities of boxing for fitness.

Pouné Parsanejad - "P"
Health, fitness and sport have always been a way of life for Pouné. Ever since she can remember she has had a passion for helping people learn, and achieve their personal best. Beginning at a young age as an ice skating guide for children to her current role as fitness guru, she is driven by the positive impact that her work can have on people's lives.
In 2005, Pouné was approached by the Nine Network to join the expert team on the popular rating Reality T.V. program, Celebrity Overhaul which had its second series later that same year. Pouné's method of bringing fitness back to basics and her ability to adapt to client's needs has been a successful venture. In the last few years she has trained everyone from our sporting elite, to some of Australia's most prestigious celebrities and business people. |

David Felice
Alongside Christian Marchegiani David was very instrumental in helping establish and create the THUMP Level 1 and Advanced courses. From as young as 13 years old David was frequenting some of the best boxing gyms in Sydney associating with the 'old school' trainers and learning the art of pad holding rather then being a boxer himself.
An electrical engineer by trade his attention to the most intricate details of punching and pad holding has made him an unofficial engineer of boxing for fitness. |

Kate Eakin
Softly spoken, professional, and dynamic are three words that would sum up one of THUMP’s most experienced presenters. Kate has spent a great deal of her life traveling abroad while also learning the art of boxing and kickboxing.
She now runs a successful personal training business in Brisbane while her weekends are dedicated to presenting at the THUMP courses. Her caring and friendly approach to health and fitness has made her one of the industries most sought after assets. |

Mick Lang
Mick has been involved in sport & fitness for over 40 years using boxing as a form of fitness for the last 30 years. Mick has seen many changes in the fitness industry and in his opinion believes we are going back to the good old days of boxing and medicine balls.
During his sporting career he played 1st grade cricket in Sydney for St. George while also playing rugby league for South Sydney and St George.
Mick currently rows surf boats with the Tacking Point SLSC, and still competes in Master Events while coaching a number of athletes who have completed a number of major events.
Mick is a great asset to THUMP bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Matthew Beecroft
With a background in over 4 styles of Martial Arts including Boxing and Kickboxing Matt is one of THUMP's most diverse and versatile presenters.
Matt currently runs Reality Self Defence, a business he developed and designed himself to help people improve not only their fitness ability but their awareness in self defence and self confidence.
Originally from Sydney but now based in Adelaide, Matt has helped expand THUMP's education and training systems throughout South Australia and Western Australia.

Brooke Surtees
Health and fitness have always been a priority in Brooke抯 life. Playing competitive sport from an early age, Brooke has represented her club, and her state in many sports including surf life saving, netball, touch football, triathlon and karate.
After beginning her fitness career in Wollongong with the implementation of P.O.W (Powerful Outdoor Workout ?a Bootcamp-style training program), Brooke now runs a successful personal training business on Sydneys?North Shore, specialising in Bootcamp, indoor & outdoor group training and boxing for fitness. Brooke抯 passion lies in helping others see the benefit of a healthy lifestyle, and showing how, with a few small changes and dedication, anyone can achieve their goals. |

Emma Miller
The only thing bigger than Emma's smile is her passion for health and fitness. She has participated in sport and fitness her whole life, excelling in Athletics, Triathlons and Basketball and in more recent years participating and now almost living in the gym environment.
With a driving interest in martial arts and the art of boxing from a young age she has been involved in multiple aspects of the fitness industry including coach, referee and mentor contributing to over 15 years experience.
Always teaching others about the benefits of creating a balanced lifestyle -healthy body, healthy mind. She believes in practicing what she preaches and continually strives to be an inspiration and mentor for many.
Emma runs a hugely successful Personal Training business in Cairns as well as instructing many of group fitness sessions per week. She wishes there were more hours in |
the day to fit in the never ending waiting list that has evolved through client referrals.
School Groups, Australian Rules, Soccer, Cricket ,Rugby League and Corporate teams have all engaged her and she has earned a fearsome reputation. Her endless energy and motivation ensures her clients gain the most out of each and every session.
Emma loves teaching Thump and being part of a fantastic team. She has recently started running THUMP Boxing classes in Cairns and is absolutely committed to spreading the THUMP word! |
